Clay Cormier sings country music. It is his full time job. For the last few years he and his band the Highway Boys have been performing at any venue that will give them a microphone and a stage. He says it is not the easiest thing to do especially with his busy schedule. But usually, he starts by strumming his guitar and finding a melody. He and his band have been drawn to a move toward a “southern rock” sound. The newest song is called Highway Mercy inspired by his travels on the open road.

After high school, he attended college and obtained a degree in Criminal Justice. Although currently, he does not use his degree, since he is a full-time musician.
