Country Music Hall of Fame Inductees: Hank Jr, Marty Stuart, and Dean Dillon

Hank Williams, Jr., Marty Stuart, and Dean Dillon are going to be inducted in the Country Music of Fame later this year. The ceremony will take place later this fall. A date has not been set.

Hank Williams, Jr. will be added to the “Veterans Era Artist” Category, Marty Stuart in the “Modern Era Artist” and Dean Dillon will be honored in the “Songwriter” division.

It has been a long journey for Hank Jr. who started his career in the shadow of his famous father. He survived falling off a mountain and then was brave enough to reinvent himself and play his style of country music. He is said to be thankful for all of his ‘rowdy friends’ who supported him through the years.

The CMA Country Music Hall of Fame made the announcement this week.
