Sodium - Foods high in salt

Salt can easily break your diet and some foods you may not realize contain a LOT of salt! It’s recommended by the latest dietary guidelines that the average ‘healthy’ person consumes less than 2,300 milligrams of sodium per day, but according to the CDC, most of us are consuming much more.
