Tuesday night is the best night to get sleep
If I get more than 6 hours of sleep, things are going great for me.
According to new research, it all has to do with work and stress and Tuesday nights are when we all get the best sleep.
Tuesday nights, we tend to get more sleep because we’ve already conquered Monday and we’re preparing for the rest of the week. Wednesdays is when stress kicks in for most. We tend to eat and drink (alcohol) more by Thursday and Friday. We stay up later on Saturdays and Sundays. Then it’s “getting back to work” and readjusting by Monday.
