Mustang 1071 is showing love for Tante Marie Restaurant in Breaux Bridge. It is located in the historic district of Breaux Bridge on Main Street.
I stopped by this weekend and it was a full house. Every Saturday morning, there is a Cajun Jam that starts at 11:00 am. When I arrived, several musicians were sitting in a circle with their instruments.
Tante Marie is such a fun place. The walls are covered with artwork from local artists. It has an espresso machine. This place serves up good tasting coffee. You can order an Americano and beignets while you sit and listen to Cajun music. I really enjoyed. It was full of families eating breakfast and lunch. The staff was so smiley and helpful. I also like the fact that there were big screens with the UL football game playing.
The menu has everything from a Boudin Burger, Zydeco salad and Grilled Shrimp. The restaurant is open every day from breakfast to supper with bands on Friday and Saturday evenings.
I will definitely visit this place again. The prices are affordable, the food is tasty and it is family-friendly. I noticed a wall of Louisiana products that also contained baskets of toys for kids. I love when places cater to children.
For this reason, Mustang 1071 is showing some love on a Monday to Tante Marie Restaurant at 1071 North Main Street in Breaux Bridge.
