Frank Foster is Louisiana born country singer. He grew up close to Arkansas border. As kid he played out and helped his dad work the land. At the time, he did not know that he wanted to be a musician but did know that he want something more than the small town had to offer. He played basketball in high school and was actually quite good. His talents took him all the way to the east coast. He attended college on a basketball scholarship. While going to school, he met his wife and started playing music. Although at the time music didn’t pay the bills, so he went on to work in the oil field. Eventually after getting support from fellow rough necks, Frank Foster decided to pursue music full-time in Nashville. He traveled, wrote songs and played music at any venue that let him take the stage. He developed a strong fan base sometimes known as Foster Nation.
