Candy Corn Crunch Cookies

1 & 1/3 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup candy corn
1 cup chow mein noodles
Preheat oven to 375ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix together the baking soda, salt, and flour. Add to the wet ingredients, 1/2 cup at a time, until fully mixed. Carefully fold in the candy corn and chow mein noodles. Drop dough by spoonful on baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes.
