Crawfish Corn Soup
1 lb LA Peeled Crawfish
8 oz Guidry’s Creole Mix (onion, bell pepper, celery)
1 Stick of REAL Butter
10 oz can Cream of Mushroom
10 oz Cream of Potato Soup
16 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
16 oz Whole Kernel Corn
16 oz Cream Style Corn
2 Cups of Water
2 Teaspoons Heleaux’s Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
Sauté the Guidry’s in butter until tender (about 15 minutes) Add all remaining ingredients except the crawfish and simmer for 20 minutes. Add Fresh or Thawed LA Peeled Crawfish and simmer for 15 minutes.
