Sweet Chicken Pasta Salad
Ingredients: 12 oz Rotini Pasta,
1 pk (approx. 1 lb) Fresh Chicken & Syrup Sausage,
8 oz Thousand Island Dressing, 1 Peeled Diced Cucumber,
1 Fresh Diced Tomato,
1 Small Diced Red Apple (soak in lemon juice and water to prevent browning),
1/2 lb of Red and White Grapes (halved),
4 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese,
1 Cup Chopped Pecans.
Cook Rotini according to package instructions and set aside. Brown the Chicken & Syrup Sausage and set it aside to cool as well. Mix everything together and stir in the Thousand Island Dressing. Refrigerate and serve Cold!

I didn’t have to do much. I told it out of the package, put it on the pan and baked. So good. I love Heleaux’s more and more. Not only are the people super nice and helpful, but the store is clean. And there is always something new to try. The meat tastes fresh. The smell took over the kitchen and when the Turkey came out of the oven, we had to try it. I almost forgot to take a photo!
