Jason Aldean landed a record deal with Broken Bow Records in 2005 and since then he has released several songs and albums. Aldean has had 19 songs to reach number one. He was born in Georgia. His parents divorced and his dad moved to Florida. During his time with his father, Jason would go to work with his dad. At his dad’s job, he learned how to play guitar. He dad showed him where to place his fingers on the guitar and mapped out songs. After work, they would play songs together. Both of his parents encouraged his interests in music. His mother helped him get gigs. He entered talent contests and local fairs.
Jason Aldean eventually moved to Nashville. After years of struggling to get signed, Aldean gave himself a six-month deadline. He promised his wife that he would move that family back to Georgia if he didn’t get signed. Luckily, five months later he landed a deal.
