Lundi Love: Bernard’s Acadiana Honey

This week on Lundi Love, we are featuring the rich and delicious, Bernard’s Acadiana Honey. This honey tastes like honey. It’s true! There are so many different brands of honey at the grocery store, and so many of them taste like corn syrup. Bernard’s Honey has a deep rich strong flavor. I like to use it in hot tea. It has a unique flavor that is somehow stronger and sweeter than most honey on the market. The owner, Steve Bernard, says it is a secret method used that combines different varieties. Steve Bernard’s grandfather started the company in 1918.
