More Employers are embracing E-cigs in an effort to reduce smoking

After years of smoking, I decided to try the E-Cigs (or vaping) and now prefer it over smoking any day.
I will admit, I still smoke, just not as much or as often as I did before. You still get some of the nicotine when vaping, however you lose that smoke smell and because the vape evaporates there’s no lingering smoke in the air.
Now some employers are encouraging the use of E-Cigs along with additional break times for E-Cig users. In some cases, creating special vape rooms all in an effort to reduce smoking and create a more healthy work environment.
