Although it doesn’t quite feel like summer, it is officially summertime. It time to start having outdoor fun. It is also time to sign up for summer camps.
Registration is now open for Camp Unique presented by the D.R.E.A.M.S. Foundation of Acadiana. This camp is designed for individuals with special needs. This year’s theme is Peace and Love.
The camp will take place at LARC’s Acadian Village located at 200 Greenleaf Drive in Lafayette. The first session is July 13-17 9 am-noon for ages 5-13 years old and then resumes July 20-24 9 am to noon for 14 years old and up. The cost is $75 per person. The cost includes a t-shirt and snacks.
