This week on Lundi Love, we are featuring a tiny little repair shop off Kaliste Saloom.
If your smartphone breaks, there are repair shops on every block to fix your phone. But where do you go? How do you decide? Here’s a place that is local and also has some really nice employees.
iPhone Lafayette is a repair shop on 1003 Kaliste Saloom Road a block over from Fresh Pickins. When you walk in you will see a retro pinball machine on your left, sofa on your right and a tiny chihuahua running around. Oh and course there is a technician behind the counter. This place has been in business for about ten years. It was one of the first smartphone repair shops to open up around here. The technicians are really friendly. And the prices are affordable! Call around. This place has the best prices.
I drive up and down Kaliste Saloom every day. And when my son’s phone stopped holding a charge, I decided to stop over. The technicians did some testing and told me it was the battery. The phone was repaired in less than an hour. The guys are so nice and helpful. I like how I don’t feel like I am bothering them. They seem to have a genuine interest in fixing your phone. They truly want to solve the problem. It’s a challenge to overcome! If you visit this place and meet the staff, you will see what I mean. I have been other places and the service is just not as good. I have sent friends to iPhone Lafayette and their experience is the same. The guys are friendly and happy to help get your phone back online and working.
Another time, I paid them a visit when my phone’s charger port had a loose connection. To get my phone to charge, I had to wiggle it around and sometimes that would not even work. I called them up, they knew exactly how to solve the problem. Thanks to these guys, I haven’t had to buy a new phone in years.
If you are low on money, but still need a phone case, check out their basket of clearance cases. You can get one for less than $10. They sell Apple brand earbuds for $20. Check this place out. There is an iPhone Lafayette Facebook page.
Every Monday, we like show some love to a Louisiana product, service or place. If there is something that you think is really good, submit it! Click here! We will check it out!
