The Service Chevrolet Cadillac Top Cop of the Week is Officer Dylan Fontenot of the Lafayette Police Department.
Officer Fontenot grew up around people who worked in law enforcement. He enjoys helping people and being able to make a difference in the Lafayette community. He also wants to help improve how people see members of law enforcement.
Officer Fontenot was nominated by Amy Fontenot. According to Amy, Officer Fontenot goes above and beyond to help anyone in need. He is dedicated to protecting and serving his community. She says he seeks out training and always looking for opportunities to be a better officer.
