What to do if you can’t stop hitting the snooze button?
Why do I hit the snooze button over and over every morning? I usually try to get to bed at a decent time, but don’t always succeed. Proper diet and exercise, avoiding things like caffeine and sugar hours before going to sleep don’t always help. Perhaps it genetics?
