1 in 7 People Have Already Started Shopping for Christmas

According to a new survey, one in seven people have already started CHRISTMAS shopping . . . and 2% have already FINISHED shopping. That’s only 14% of us, so don’t feel too bad if you haven’t started yet. Overall, 2% of people said they’re already DONE with their Christmas shopping!

If you do that math, that means roughly 4.6 million Americans.

Grandparents are more likely to be in that group than anyone else, and 7% of people over the age of 65 said they’re done shopping already.

The survey also found that people with kids are almost twice as likely to have started shopping, and 18% of people who plan to do most of their shopping online have already bought at least one present.

On the other hand, 77% of us don’t plan to finish shopping until at least December 1st.
