MMM: What perks at work would keep us from quitting our jobs
According to a new survey by CareerBuilder just conducted an online survey asking people what job perks would keep them at the company they currently work for. The number one perk is to have “Half-Day Fridays” … 40% of people surveyed said that getting to work a half day on Fridays would keep them around.
Having a fitness center or some kind of on-site gym was the second most popular response at 20%.
Being allowed to wear jeans to work, 18%
Having catered Lunches, 17%
Massages while at work, 16%
A room to take naps during the day, 12%
Transportation to and from work provided by the company, 12%
Having a snack cart that comes around during the day, 8%
Private restrooms, 7%
And having an on-site daycare for those with children came in at number ten, 6%
