Louisiana’s Lainey Wilson Wins Big At CMA’s

The CMA’s were held Wednesday (11/20) at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. It was a star-studded event, with hosts and presenters including Peyton Manning, Luke Bryan and Louisiana’s own Lainey Wilson. Jelly Roll showed off his dramatic 100 lb. weight loss. George Strait won the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award. Cody Johnson snagged the Album of the Year Award. Chris Stapleton’s “White Horse” garnered Single of the Year. Morgan Wallen was named entertainer of the year. Vocal Duo of the Year went to Brooks & Dunn. New artist of the Year was awarded to Megan Moroney. Chris Stapleton was named Male Vocalist of the Year. Last, but, by no means least, Louisiana’s own Lainey Wilson won the Female Vocalist of the Year Award.
