Brrrr! A cold shower…every morning is good for you! Seriously. At first, this idea seems bizarre and gives the impression that trying to be healthy will take the fun out of everything. But no this is an interesting concept. A cold shower is really good for the mind, body and soul. Ahhh, the refreshing sting of icy cold water first thing in the morning. It is something to consider trying. Taking a dip in a mountain lake is cold yet refreshing. And so is drinking a cold glass of water. First of all, cold showering is good for the environment, less energy is being used. And less water. Any person taking a cold shower will spend less time in the shower thus using less water.
