Trick to Falling Asleep

Falling asleep is not the easiest task.  Especially if you had that cup of coffee after lunch time or maybe the dishes were too dirty and you stayed up late to clean the kitchen.  There are so many distractions that keep us from getting 8-10 hours of sleep. Homework with the kids, watching one more episode on Netflix…it doesn’t end. Luckily there are researchers out there working day and night (lol) figuring out ways to help us fall asleep at night.  The following link will take you a method that one expert swears by…(well I think he swears.)  It is a step by step breathing method that will send you in a state of relaxation.  According to this doctor, if you follow the instructions you suffer no more from insomnia. (Since a doctor created this method, it should work, right? Let’s hope) Try it.  And if that doesn’t work, I have posted a back up method.
