Chicken Sausage & White Bean Chili
Ingredients:
2 packs (approx 2 lbs) Heleauxs Chicken Sausage (casing removed),
16 oz Guidry’s Creole Seasoning Mix,
2 Cans Trappey’s White Navy Beans (rinsed and drained),
16 oz Kitchen Basics Chicken Stock,
8 oz Kitchen Basics Vegetable Stock,
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic,
2 Teaspoons Heleaux’s Seasoning,
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder,
1 Teaspoon Cumin.
Cooking Directions:
Brown Chicken Sausage on medium heat, then add Guidry’s Creole Seasoning Mix simmer for 15 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for an additional 30 minutes.
