The LSU baseball team took care of business in the 2019 Baton Rouge Regional, sweeping through the competition with a 3-0 record on their way to a Regional championship. As you would expect, with the Regional championship, the All-Tournament team is littered with Tigers as well.
Six LSU Tigers were selected to the All-Tournament team; as well as one Tiger being selected as the tournament’s Co-Most Outstanding Player. Saul Garza led the way offensively for LSU, earning himself the catcher spot on the All-Tournament team and being named the Co-Most Outstanding Player of the tournament.
Cole Henry and Landon Marceaux filled out both pitcher spots on the All-Tournament team. While Josh Smith was named to the shortstop position, Zach Watson earned an outfield spot on the team, and finally Cade Beloso locked down the DH spot.
