Sweet Chicken Pasta Salad
12 oz Rotini Pasta,
1 pk (approx. 1 lb) Fresh Chicken & Syrup Sausage,
8 oz Thousand Island Dressing, 1 Peeled Diced Cucumber,
1 Fresh Diced Tomato,
1 Small Diced Red Apple (soak in lemon juice and water to prevent browning),
1/2 lb of Red and White Grapes (halved),
4 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese,
1 Cup Chopped Pecans.
Cook Rotini according to package instructions and set aside. Brown the Chicken & Syrup Sausage and set it aside to cool as well. Mix everything together and stir in the Thousand Island Dressing. Refrigerate and serve Cold!
